Finally I have a date

Received an SMS this morning from my solicator, my land has a settlement date on 25th this month... yeah, yeah, yeah... i am very very happy, so went out straight away to enjoy a good breakfast as celabration.. hehehee... hopefuly everything is going smoothy...
