Been to the house again today, seems nothing has been done only the rubbish being tidy/cleaned up, and the temp fences have been up again (I complained to my CSR the other day about the fallen fence)
Came home and found that i have received a letter from Simonds about the handover procedure.. OH... really, is my house ready for handover? i don't think so yet, but good to know that they are preparing for it.. hehe

handover already?! wow you guys must be excited. the outstanding issues notwithstanding at least you're very close to moving in now.
SS hasn't said anything about handover yet, but will see him this Thursday and bring up all the issues... just hope that he is easy to deal with.. The last one was fine, but whatever he said that would be fixed, still not fixed, nothing has been fixed really..
